been thinking about adding an overflow box and adding a sump/refugium.
    just a couple sketches
was thinking an eshopps overflow box because people have had good experiences with them.
(stole the sump plan from the forums :p)

Looks like the tried and true set up. It should work great for you. What size are you thinking 20 long?

That should add a lot of stability. Couldn't you just drill the back or that tank. Im assuming its an acrylic nano.

Should work great. I second the Eshopps. Ive lost power at least a dozen times on the 200 and that thing always fires right back up, no problems. I could never say that with the CPR's.

I am a big proponent of drilled overflows now that i've had some experience with them. It looks so much better than a chunky HoB overflow. Alot of people are intimidated, but it is really very easy. All you need is the kit, an electric drill and a spray bottle.

You can get a kit from Glass-Holes.com for ~$60. I dunno how much that Eshopps overflow costs, but I'm betting it's more than that.

i have the eshopps and i dont like their new connector tube from the inside box to the outside box... it accumulates bubbles over a three day period

Needs more flow than. Mine was doing the same until I bumped up the flow rate a bit.
