In a 75 gal with 1 B&W ocellaris pair, 3 cleaner shrimp, 1 red banded pistol shrimp, 1 flaming prawn goby, 1 blue spotted jaw fish
What is a good beginner sponge that looks cool and can be cared for by a novice
PS What are the care requirements, like what should I feed it

Sponges are a tough think to keep well. It seems the ones that occur in your tank over time do well but ones purchased for LFS do poorly. There really all the same care requirements. They filter feed so phyto and zoo- plankton is needed.
The most important think it to remember not to expose them to air. Even when the LFS bags the sponge. If the LFS just pulls it out of the water and drops it in a bag refuse that and make sure they do not expose it to air
