    As a local, I like the Tequila Bar at the Southpoint, 5-7 PM all Tequila drinks $2, at least 20 types to choose from

    Carnival Court. Not so sure about the drinks (only drank beer there) but the bartenders doing the bottle shows are very cool.

    I guess its mark improved with each new drink lol, were some interesting people to talk to also :)
    Might get a chance to see carnival court later, southpoint looks like a bit of a walk tho, especially after a few cheap tequillas lol
