best filter media for CPR SR3 skimmer

    I just got a CPR SR3 skimmer for my 29g bio-cube. I also got a Phosban 150.

    The CPR came with the blue Bio-Bale. Is that the best stuff (it sure is cheap)? Or, am I better with Seachem or something else? I'm going to have mostly corals in the tank.

    Also, hmmmm, should I be using any biological filter medium in the skimmer since I am going to use a Phosban with bio-pellets?
