Pacific Blue is the same thing as Hippo. Now there is nothing wrong with keeping a juvi at all, but every so often you will have to trade it in for another juvi as it grows. As long as you are OK with that, then it's fine.
FWIW, I kept a pair of mating False Percs (Nemos) in my 38 for a year with zero aggression issues.

I do like the way the hippo's look. Not sure how I feel about trading them in after they grow to large. Have to give this much thought. Any ideas on how to catch my Damsels without raving havoc on my entire tank? The LFS let me borrow a glass fish trap but the Damsels will not go near it after 3 days...lol

    Update:
Okay got the Damsels...I should of used A HOOK! I ended up taking a good chunk of my tank apart to catch them. I re-assembled even added a bit more live rock and actually like the set-up a bit better. I think it is a smarter set-up for flow also. I ended up with 2 perc's. They were already hanging out together in a LFS tank and the guy that works there was keeping an eye out for a nice pair for me. Must say they are very cool. They are social, come right up to the glass, play in the current, and never are more than a foot away from each other. Thanks everyone.
