    Thanks

All clownfish has the potential to be "fiesty", decause of their relations to damselfish, but depends on the individual fish. I have had the two gold stripe maroons that are supposed to be one of the meanest and they were the nicest clownfish I ever had. I would suggest picking one based on your tank size, and other fish you are going to house it with.

    ^^^1:)

With that said, Ocellaris and True Percula have a reputation of being the most mellow. But tank size, age of clown, and other tankmates influence their behavior as well. Always try to get captive breed and raised clownfish as well.

well percs are pretty passive and kind of dumb, like a mentally challenged dog.

if you ask me the best are the maroons, they are fighters don't get me wrong but it makes them more interesting. I have never had them go agro start killing stuff but they demand respect from the other fish.

In a way I contribute my last tank's success to them, I had alot of very aggressive damsels but the maroon was the boss and kept them in line. They carved up territories and that was that, she didn't take kindly to them chasing each other around the tank. I guess in a way damsels are like cichlids.

My tang doesn't like when other fish chase either! I thought that was interesting. Percs have always been peaceful and fun for me. Had a gold bar maroon which was a bit territorial but the worst was my Cinnamon Clown, he bit me every time I put my hand in the tank..I hated that fish.

Clown fish are all more fiesty than some of the other fish available for reef tanks. The True and False Perc are IMO the most docile of all. Then I would have to place Pink Skunk as the next most docile.

The Maroon clowns either Gold stripe or white and the Tomato clowns are about the most agressive.

IMO as long as you dont have two that are a mated pair, it should be good, but a tank raised occ. is the most docile, or atleast mine is :)
