Best HOB Skimmer for 120g

    I am looking to replace (possibly) my Coralife Skimmer on my 120g.

    I would like a HOB skimmer that preferably has an external pump versus a pump that sits in the water. However, if that is not possible, I would like the lowest and most efficient pump.

    This has been a FOWLR tank, but I may be adding some corals in the near future.

    What would be your choice of a skimmer?

    There aren't much choices of HOB skimmers. AquaC seems a popular choice but the pump sits in the water. Since you are add corals in future, why not build a sump/refuge and add better in-sump skimmer?
