What type of lights? Fish Only lighting, Reef lighting, etc?

For Fish Only, go with a standard T8 fluorescent fixture.

For Reef lights, Aquatraders.com Cheap lights...some like them some don't. $100 is a tight budget.

That would work, but you'd have to replace the bulbs relatively soon...as they are cheap and will change spectrum quickly. 129 plus S&H I assume, plus another 100-125 depending on what lamps you choose...final price of $250+. Buy the best quality you can afford...don't settle.
