My LFS are pretty disappointing when it comes to selection of Live Rock. What are some good sites to buy online?

I would start with dry rock, and grow it into live rock. It takes 4-6 months to really color up, but it is worth the effort. Look at MarcoRocks Aquarium Products for good dry rock

I'm giving Real Reef Aquacltured rock a try on my new setup. Ideally it's the best of both worlds. It certainly looks nice and should take less time to get lived in.

Just bought some pukani and reef saver rocks from BRS. Gonna seed them with a small piece of rock from a LFS

There is some place in Florida or Texas that seel gulf rock. It was amazing. A local reefer ordered some and got alot of carribean stony corals growing on it that are illegal to harvest unless they grow on maricultured LR farms.

Worth a google search if you don't use dry rock.

I've always used uncured Walt Smith Live Rock myself. I tried dry rock in some of my other systems and it never looked as good as the real live rock even after a year or two.
There are many online suppliers of Walt Smith rock across the country.

Highly recommend dry Pukani from BRS.
