"Some" hitchhikers would have been nice. I got a metric ton of them. I got 100# of rock, and far, far more gorilla crabs than that. I spent about 20 hours just clearing those guys out of the rocks. Then, there were the whelks, which promptly killed the first clam I put in, and slowly destroyed all the awesome barnacles that were originally on the rock, and still haven't died off of starvation. The sponges created massive problems with dieoff for the first 2 months. I have a pectiniid(?) flatworm or two that slowly eat my CUC as I put new members in.

As for good hitchhikers, I got a few tiny porcelain crabs, and a few pistol shrimp.

The plus? I had colored rock sooner than normal. There wasn't much coralline at all, just a bunch of green algae, but that's color. Literally, that's the only thing positive about this rock. The porcelain crabs and shrimp are a wash, as the shrimp just died off within a couple months, and there's only like 4-5 of the porcelains left. I wouldn't hesitate to use it for a FOWLR knowing what I know now, but for a reef, it's the worst decision I made.

I wouldn't buy anything from this dude because of his massively false advertising. He's either completely clueless or a scam artist, and neither is someone I want to deal with. I'm leaning towards scam artist, as I imagine he picks out all the hermits and other good guys from the rock, then sells them separately, but leaves all the nasty guys on it. He doesn't sell anything from outside the area he would be pulling his rock from, so it gives you a clue as to how he operates.
