I am looking for somewhere that has decent prices and can snag several ORA SPS pieces for me. I realize LA caries them and DD gets them also, but they are mostly out of stock and to hit all of them at once would be ideal (I dont wanna spend 40 bucks each time to ship)

Anyone know where to find em?

    Looking for:
    Belina
    Blue Iris
    Chips Acro
    Hawkins blue
    Oregon Tort
    Turquoise Stag
    And perhaps some Miami Orchid

    Thanks!

Have you asked any of your LFS to order you some? I know one of mine will do that.

Yeah I did try that, however they won't since there is a minimum order for them. The other place said they would but they want 100 per piece, and that is just too high, I can pay shipping on every item and still not hit 100 bucks/piece from LA.

Thanks! I have some of them already, but they came from an unreliable source and may not be true ORA pieces. So I figure before they encrust the rocks I should just pick up some black plug love.

All of the ORA pieces come on an exclusive black plug. It's one way to ensure the supplier.

The plugs also are a pain lol. I ended up breaking the piece of and giving the plug to a friend and see if he could grow the coral off it or cutting the plug in half with a hacksaw. 100 bux is pretty expensive though. My lfs charges 30 to 60 and I think 60 is to much.

Oh yah, the plugs are horrible if you want to remove the coral. I made that mistake by trying to cut one with tin shears, and it shot the plug like a rocket into my buddies bathroom mirror. Honestly, I expect 40-60 a piece, but 100 for even the more common stuff is just crazy.

This may sound silly but have you tried EBay I've seen nice corals on there a few days ago

100 a piece is way high, I would not give this Lfs any business .
