    Just wondering what mh reflector was best but kinda cheap lol I am looking at Coralvue lumen and a radium bulbs... any help

    interested in this myself. Best bang for your buck as far as reflectors go. Im sure everyone would like a nice Lumenmax fixture but they want top dollar for 'em.

    Ill go into more detail in a Lighting thread as far as what i need and wh., Didnt want to steal this fella's post..

    mirrors from home depot are usually pretty cheap

    hamilton lighting has a lot of reflectors for a reasonable price

    I used mirrors for a long time and think that is the best way to go

    I got 2 of these for 170 dollars or so shipped. They work awesome, I would say as well as the lumenmax, lumenarcs and all those... These are far better than any spider reflector.

    Glass mirrors are a bad way to attempt to reflect light. The light gets wasted passing through the glass twice on it's way to the tank.

    Use a metal type reflector.

    horkn what kind of reflectors are those for 170 shipped.... I am not a cheap a** but you know its hard times lol
