best screen for anemone care / koralia

    If you read around the forum a bit you will find that it's quite common for nems to find their way to a power head. You just happen to be one of the lucky ones.

    I use bridal veil netting from michaels. It comes in a roll about 4 inches wide. I cut off a piece and wrap it around the koralias and use a rubber band to hold it in place. It does cut down the flow so the netting needs to be replaced at least weekly.

    Gutter Guard! Its a black mesh that goes on gutters. Come on a roll, about 6" tall and there is probably 25-50feet worth.

    I used it on my overflow to keep my goby from hopping in. I also use it on the back of my canopy to allow ventilation and keep the fish in. You could easily wrap it around a koralia with zip ties or something. I also recommend contacting koralia and getting the fish guards for for the koralia if you don't have them. They will give you koralia washers, steel shafts and fish guards for free.
