    for PCs I would look at UVL 454 or UVL super actinics. reefgeek has them.

    Actinics have very little PAR. They are mostly for looks, so, you are wasting 2 bulbs to make your tank look more blue really. ATI Blue Plus is almost as blue as an actinic, but with higher PAR output. Also, you can get an AT purple plus. This is the same, but with and added red peak, to help bring our some red coloration. As for daylight bulbs, there are many good ones, but at lest the actinics, I would go with something with higher par personally since they now exist.
