ok i have 4 diff ways i check my tank temp, i have an old fasion glass murcery one, a coralife digi prob, A Life gaurd big digi, and a sick on glass sticker kind.

I get diff temps out of all of them but i think the most acurate are the glass one and the sticker one, both the crappy coralife and the the life guard i get weird readings sometimes. I feel like i dont trust them.

Just wondering what every one eles relies on to check temp in there tanks. I want to get something that is proven and reliable.

I have two different temp probes on my ACIII Pro just in case one goes haywire.

I have always used the cheap glass thermos. I never even thought about getting anything diff, I do have a couple of the stickers to ut I have a hard time reading them cause of the fading color.

The problem with the sticker type external thermometers is that it is also getting residual from the room temp as well...I am curious if anyone has used the American marine pinpoint...8)
