best way to decrease evap?

    i keep my house around 76 in the summer and 72ish in the winter, nothing clothing won't solve to be comfortable

    If the op just had a humidifier right next to the refugium, would that help?

    Green Life: DI Water - $1.99 per 5gal jug
    (or most organic grocery stores)

    The rate your evaporating is pretty normal, when I had two 250MH's lighting my 90 I would lose upwards of ten gallons a week, 20 if I left the windows open durring the day. It's just the nature of the beast. Invest in an ATO, possibly switch to LEDs if thTs in the budget. You can reduce surface agitation too but you ph will suffer to some degree.

    I live in Tampa Florida and use about 3/4 gal per day and my house stays ay 75 during the day and 73 at night and tank stays at 77.9 at night to 79.3 during the day with 500Watts of LED's
