    You have a couple interventions

    1. Increasing flow to the area.

    2. Using ice, and the anemone will usually move off. Just keep the exposure as bref as possible

Injury to the column or pedal disk can prove deadly to an anemone so patience is the key.

I tried all that and then some recently to get my RBTA off a nice big green cap I was trying to sell. it had wedged itself in between the bottom of the cap and a 4-5# rock. after a week of blasting it with high flow, icing its foot, and hiding it from the light, I eventually just chiseled it off the rock . . . and now have a bunch of big monti cap frags with my RBTA stuck to one of them.
