    Tap talk is terrible!

I read that if you keep them well fed they should leave coral alone. Any suggestions on what to feed? I'd hate to get rid of him. And I already told my sister no more fish! Let them pick me out a snail lol

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
You can feed an angel until the cows come home, but if he is going to nip at corals and clams he is going to do so regardless of how much you feed IMO.

Angel can be model citizens and then one day decide to start picking. It is not always the picking in it's self but rather the constant picking.

For angels I like many of the frozen foods that contain marine algaes and meaty products.

    They are beautiful fish. ;D

I have had a bi-colored angel for over 3 years. It has NEVER nipped at any of my coral. It will feed on pretty much any food, but I feed mine Ocean Nutrition Formula Two Marine Pellet. All my fish go nuts for it, including my cleaning shrimp and crabs.

Funny how we have different experiences with them buggers. I just evicted one for eating coral. he was very well fed with plenty in the tank to graze on plus flake and home made frozen daily. he has led to the demise of a frogspawn and a candy coral. also picked a the SPS so much that not a single one would extend polyps. after he was evicted, all showed polyp extension and are now thriving.

IMO, they will eat what they want to including coral.
