Big Al's

Let me preface this with noting that I do not work for nor have any professional relationship with Big Al's. I just wanted to let you guys and gals know that I just received an order from Big Al's that I am 100% happy with. Then why, pray tell are you sharing this with us? A most excellent question.

There are many times that I have ordered from other online vendors, whom I will leave nameless and have been less than satisfied. Big Al's worked with me every step of the way and insured that I received our 3reef discount, even though it had been compromised. Even before the discount their prices were less expensive than everyone else's. Anyway, my rant is over; I know a lot of you swear by liveaquaria for your non living aquarium needs and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them too. But, I just thought that I would share with you that Big Al's is on par if not better than them and/or anyone else I have dealt with. Ohhhh Can-nada.

I completely agree with you, I have ordered from them several times now, and they have had excellent support and customer service!

 

I love them.....i use them for almost everything.

 

Better price on my salt than MD or DFS. Only thing I have ordered from them, but very fast shipping and a nice discount every time.
