If this is a consistent problem, try adding a Black Diadema Sea Urchin to your bioload!!!!
Not only do they not knock over corals and live rock, but are very benefical to a reef janitor crew!

I've had astrea snails and they have knocked over any thing yet. They aren't huge, but are medium sized and do decent job at cleaning.

I know first hand, not only from working at a pet shop and being in the hobby for many years, but knowing first hand from maintaining them in my reef tanks. They are very gentle and perform a yoeman's job at cleaning the tank!
    Definitely check them out!!!!
They are also called Orange Eye Urchins and run roughly $15.00-$24.00 each.

Trochus snails are better about not bulldozing and can get to be a decent size. You can never say never though. I would look at securing your coral/rocks a little better though honestly. If a snail can knock them over they are probably pretty precarious and I would hate to see an avalanche or one to tumble down and squish something or crack the side of the tank.
