    I believe yours is from Cebu, and they have much different coloration than the ones from the Philippines....the Cebu ones are lighter in color than the traditionally seen pylei wrasses. I would guess yours is male, since most wrasses that show up in the trade are male, unless they are part of a harem. Yours looks like a male to me - the coloration and pattern is nicer than what would be on a female.

    That's my guess, anyways.

    Yeah, you'll have to do some research. Wrasses can be hard to sex. He/she is gorgeous though! And they run like 150-200 bucks - so you got a good deal!

    after some research i believe i have a male :) ...his colors are even bolder today.nd boy is he an eater lol.im on the hunt for a female now :) ....o and a female wrasse lmao
