    I had a very interesting day yesterday, when my dad and I were biking in JM I hit a 9+ inch rock and went over the edge of the trail! I fell 100ft to another trail and missed all of the large objects ( Except for my bike ) which hit my left arm with it's pedal, had to be one of the scariest things that's ever happened to me. I was in the ER or something like that until 4:00 am and now I'm in a knee immobilizer and crutches for a week, and my arms look like a bear or mountain lion was all over them. Not bad considering I basically fell down a cliff. :eek:

    BTW, not to make ya sound like a Woosy, but I scrapped my knee pretty fierce getting tumbled body boarding yesterday!
