Okay, well I am going to start changing my biocube filters. I heard bioballs werent too good, so i am planning on taking out all the bioballs adding small piece of live rock into the 2nd chamber in the biocube. Anything else i should add besides the live rock?

I have kept the bioballs in the back but I also placed some foam filter pad to catch any debris along with purigen and a little nylon of carbon

Live rock rubble will collect detritus too. You need to clean them regularly or ad a filter pad to catch the detritus before it gets to the LR rubble or bioballs.
