Biocube HQI lights

I just picked up my Biocube HQI this evening and have spent a couple interesting hours setting it up. When it came time to turn on the lights it didn't seem to be working. After further inspection the fan seems to be running but there is no light. Did I miss a step in the instructions? I've triple checked all connections and my electrical socket is functioning. Thanks for the information!

 

Try resetting the bulb but use a soft cloth or tissue to handle the MH bulb do not touch the bulb with your skin, it leaves oils on the bulb. If that does not work you may have to dry another bulb to rule out bad bulb versus bad ballast.
