    So as most of you know I have been gone and not into my tank as much. It was pretty much on Autopilot for 3.5 months without running phosban or water changes. I also stopped dosing for 2 months and cut back on feedings. I only fed my tank dry food and added ATO water when needed. All I can say is, thank god for my Apex controller, that seriously kept my tank alive.

    Pictures to show the massive change, I did loose my Clam and Deep Water Acro, otherwise my Birdsnest lost color and PE. Had LOTS of growth for some weird reason.

    I know, it was a sad day when I saw my cleaner shrimp picking at it. Then I saw my PomPom Crab out on it, that's when I really know something was wrong. :(

    Haha well you spilled the beans on the Flame Hawk!!!! But I told Amy tonight we are going to get her dream fish, if we need to pass around 3 to get the right one we will. But I will miss one of my cleaners if one goes, has those little buggers since I started my tank…

    Let's just say she is excited!

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I have had a couple tanks meet the same fate, a fairly large tank once.

    Some things fail big time and some do excellent, it's the tanks personality. You can keep BN and I can not, no rhyme or reason.

    I am sure you will turn it around better than ever.

    I did have some issues with Montis, not really sure what happened with the Clam, maybe down the road I'll get a smaller one.

    I just did 3 water changes over the past 3 days to help bounce back. I plan to do 4 more and start testing daily again.

    Thanks :)

    Pretty well set on hardware for this system, not really sure what else I can add to this tank besides maybe a bigger better sump system running BioPellets. I invested in a new skimmer and reactor, they just sit in my garage unused.
