What about the Anemone that appears to be in close proximity?

The BTA is looking great! The Mini Maxi is closed up and about the size of a quarter. It typically will be about 3" in diameter.

It the BTA brushing up against the Cloves even just briefly in relation to the flow and such, or expanding at night or any other time?

Good question! The BTA at noon extends fully and will extend pretty far. But the cloves stopped growing because of the Nem brushing up on them.

I recently placed some SPS and a Monti on my rock and they were touching the polyps. But the clove polyps kicked the crap out of my Monti.

I would move cloves and wait a week or less to see improvement, I suspect the BTA.

I am starting lean to the too clean hypothesis since the area that is dying is on top of the rock. That area receives the most direct light and and with water that is too clean the intensity could be enough to finish them off with the stress of moving.

One thing I forgot to mention was there are some portions near my sand that are reseeding too. This section was always under water during the move. Not sure is this helps or not.

If the water is to clean what should I do? Please keep on mind I am completely okay with these things going away, I am more concerned about my other tank life.

Is there anything I can test for or do to make sure their lives are okay?

Thank you very much, personally I think it needs a lot of work. I need to focus on getting more vibrant corals and better placement. :)
