I took it apart and built it back up again, it's currently soaking in vinegar at the moment.

I hope to have it back online tonight.

Going without a skimmer for a day is no problem. With your other filtration a week wouldn't be a problem.

I think it is too fast, you have removed 1/3 in a day or less.

Noted: I just turned off the reactor, looks like I'll be turning it on for a few hours per day until I reach my desired ppm.

    Thanks. :)

    Update:

I am still loosing clove polyps but everyone else is looking great! My skimmer took a fall but I cleaned it out and I plan to lower the water .25in to increase the performance of my skimmer.

Here are my phosphate levels by time:

    Phosphate Levels
    7/24 @ 1:20pm .17ppm
    7/24 @ 11pm .14ppm
    7/25 @ 10am .11ppm (Shut down PhosBan Reactor @ 8am)

    Resolved

Well guys it looks I found the problem! And the problem is..... ME! I was stupid and put to much buffer into my ATO tank and was slowly pouring 21.0+ ALK water into my tank!! And what is directly in front of the return jet in my tank??? Purple Clove Polyps!!!

So I have done a water change and will be SLOWLY dropping my ALK from 14.9 to 10.8 over the next week.

Problem is I have no idea how to keep my PH up and ALK in check, anyone have any ideas? The root cause of this is because my small one bedroom apartment (with two people living in it) with the air on 24/7 because of this heat wave for the past 2 weeks.
