    Awesome!

I will give my tank some time to level out, if I have any Ph problems ill pick this up along with the rest of the AquaVitro line. And yes I have test kits for their products, no need to dose anything I don't have a test kit for. ;)

Just opened the windows up! Hope to get some better exchange of oxygen in the apartment.

Congrats on the successful recovery, not surprised though! Thanks for the chemistry lessons along the way to all of you! Amazing work blasting through that problem;)

Alright, so I decided to sleep with all the windows open last night and my Ph is looking a lot better! The small values next to my current Ph value reflect yesterday's Ph.

Move the vortech closer to surface. Try to get as much water at the top moving as possible. Gas exchange is the best way to increase PH.

Or add an algae scrubber... that'll take care of ph as well.

I moved my return to face towards the water surface, I had my Vortech higher up in my tank but that caused issues with salt creep in my hood.

I would love to add more things to my tank but sadly I don't have any room for a scrubber. I did recently lower my overflow inlet, this has created more water agitation in the back of my tank and increased skimmer performance.

Thanks for the input, it's good to have you back from vaca.

Just did a water parameter test and everything looks great!

    Temp: 80.8 F
    Ph: 8.14
    SG: 1.026
    ALK: 10.2
    CA: 420
    Mag: 1440
    Phos: .12ppm

So far so good, just need to keep them at these levels and ill be good to go.

    Phosphate update:

    Phosphate Levels
    7/24 @ 1:20pm .17ppm
    7/24 @ 11pm .14ppm
    7/25 @ 10am .11ppm (Shut down PhosBan Reactor @ 8am)
    7/29 @ 9pm .10ppm

I am scared to use the reactor 24/7, currently I am running it 4 hours per day and I seem to have leveled out. Should I aim for .05ppm and keep it for a week then .03ppm next week?
