    It's been nearly three weeks since I first spoke with Hydor customer service for replacement parts for my Koralia Nanos. Apparently they were shipped out yesterday. I'll believe it when I see it.

    Sorry to hear about your experiences too, but with EcoTech. It sucks when you have good products and customer service doesn't match.

    Sorry to hear about your experience with Hydor. :( Good news is you could buy two or three in place of one MP10. You could always buy backup units ;)
