BioCubes need to be caressed before removing any type of algae. It's typically an all day event. ;)

Thanks for the clam comment, I think the more it's gets the more purple comes out.

    Quick update:
I installed a float switch into my overflow for extra protection, I also deferred my ATO pump for 10 minutes to prevent any type of overflow. I do have some GHA growing on the very top of my rock, I recently started using Reef Chili, my guess is over feeding. Also I'm still planning to build the newer larger sump, during the holiday season it's so busy I hardly find time for myself.

Lastly, everything is doing great. My tank has been stable and colors have really been popping like never before. Hopefully later in the week I can post a FTS and maybe some coral growth shots. ( My brown bag from Happy Coral has really taken off)

Neglecting you tank for 'you time' is unacceptable. I glad we figured out that UV issue. Further proof sub 400nm is bad

You're right I'll put my two weeks in and live off stocks for a year or so and dedicate every minuet to my tank :)

Hark do I hear a Bond, James Bond theme song playing in my head.

Love the Montipora under the frag rack and the BN.

I am going to try BN again.

I have been wanting another BTA in the worst way, but my geriatric goby is my problem. I would be heart broken if he fell victim to one.

They have this awesome Zebra rock anemone at Aquascapers that I would love to have.

When you are ready to try BN I'll frag you some for free. Shipping should only be 25 max.

    Thank you Chris,

    I love them all.

Birdnest used to dominate my tank, after I had my bout with Dino I could not longer keep it, I finally gave up.

One of my favorite corals for looks and growth.

Corals are funny that way, you can keep some difficult things but not keep some of the easier stuff, I think this comes from trying to have everything in 28 gallons of water and rock.
