    Blue cloves eventually rule the tank, you're in trouble now.

    There was an old thread on RC about Blue Cloves spawning, you could actually see tiny itty bitty eggs. IIRC the water did not appear milky.

    I'll take pics if there still spawning, if they truly are spawning they do it often in my tank. I always thought they were upset and spilling guts. But after talking and looking it up they sure are spawning. I get home in a few, cross fingers they still are. Also I think the water was cloudy was because the polyps in direct water flow were spawning too and releasing eggs into the water.

    Is spawning of these polyps in tanks common?

    Just got home, no more spawning. :(

    I'll post a thread when they spawn again, I'm sure it will be soon. Think the last time they did it was Oct. 30th

    Only solution is to have a Blue clove tank and an sps tank. I have a feeling eventually the cloves might start growing on the clam shell, sps frags.........

    I am sure the are extremely colorful and pleasant to look at, I can for sure see the attraction I love the color blue in a tank.
