Well I'm about 98% sure I'll be switching from BRS 2 Part and moving over to EVS B-Ionic 2 Part.

I'm excited to see the results, I'm also considering Warner Marine 2 Part as well.

If you have any thoughts feel free to share.

ESV and Warner offer alk/cal but with added trace minerals/elements.

To me this is a HUGE plus for color and prolonged water changes (if need be).

Well let me check this out.

How often are your water changes?

    Sounds pretty good, right!?

I do 5 gallon water changes twice a month. Iv been doing more lately because of Kalking and low CA levels.

I have very little information about Warner Marine but a very well respected fellow 3reefer pointed me towards this direction.

Here's the components inside ESV B-Ionic:
Alkalinity Component 1 contains: Carbonate, sodium, bicarbonate, sulfate, borate, fluoride, iodide, molybdate, vanadate, selenate

Calcium Component 2 contains: Chloride, calcium, magnesium, potassium, bromide, strontium, lithium, barium, rubidium, iron, zinc, nickel, copper, manganese, cobalt, chromium.

If anyone knows about the exact makeup in Warner Marine 2 Part please share. I'm also interested in their concentration levels after mixing. Will I need to use more or less to maintain current Ca/Alk levels.

Well I looked at it the ESV at Marinedepot and it say trace elements but not which ones. Kent 2 parts adds Mag and Strontium I believe, I just looked at the bottle and it says trace elements as well.

I rarely add magnesium (do not need to), but I do like the addition of a little Strontium and Iodine even though water changes should supplement them and I do enough water changes.

^edit ok that was what I was looking for.
