Birdsnest,Torch,Monti Cap!!! What was I thinking?

    A local friend of mine that I get frags from talked me into trying these. I went with the intention of getting a tiny piece of birdsnest and seeing how it went. And ended up leaving with these and a green toadstool frag.(polyps havent come out yet) post pic later. He told me the orange monti was his first coral, and his is close to 2 feet wide now. This was the qoute..."glue it to a rock, and see what happens". So that's what I did;D

    That's dirt cheap for a birdsnest of anykind. The Capricornus Monti's are easy. Mine has been in my system since the beginning and has survived all kinds of instabilities while I was Learning. Carefull with the position of that torch in relation to the birdsnest, they have some long sweepers ;).

    Overall, nice adds! I hope they thrive in your tank.

    Thanks man! And I was just thinking the same thing about the torch. I just attached it with some epoxy that I can easily detach when it gets too large...notice i said "when" not "if". hahaha
