Ok so Im looking for a sad thats not quite sugar sized but a big larger and safer for wrasses to bury in at night. I think I've had this in my FOWLR 90 system and had wrasses before. I was reading the reviews and one kinda has me second guessing. Any input? Or somewhere else I can look at for a nice soft, slightly larger then sugar sized sand?

That's probably fine enough. What type of wrasses do you have in mind? Fairy & Flasher's don't need it, FYI. :)

I wouldn't worry about the one review. I think that person is a perfectionist and was rinsing too hard and breaking down the grains.

Dont have any in mind, Have a few new ones LOL.

Potters Leopard Wrasse, Ornate Leopard Wrasse, Vrolicks Leopard Wrasse, and Red Tailed Tamarin Wrasse. Pretty sure the Tamarin sleeps in the sand. :p

Ooh and reason being going away from the sugar sized sand I have... My sleeper banded goby pair is making a mess.

Indeed, The gobies are going to work covering the rocks in the tank in sand. lol. I need it to be on the floor for the wrasses! not on the rocks LOL.

That's the stuff I use in all of my tanks. Wrasses like it just fine. Sometimes it comes in cleaner than others. Gotta rinse it good either way.
