There is this weird black algae growing in/on my sand. I took some out last week with my last water change.

This week it's back. Kind of stringy and rubbery looking, when you remove it.

All my water checks out. Should I be concerned?

cyano comes and goes at times in a tanks cycle. You could do a water change, but other than that I wouldnt do much. Let the cycle take place instead of adding something to make the cyno go away.
