Black Algae?

    More water movement will help. If you have some power heads or something else. Worse case scenario you have phosphates you don't know about.

    Increase water flow in that area. Choke it out by lowering nitrates and phosphates. It doesn't look like its infesting your tank so I wouldn't do anything crazy like adding chemicals. I had the same stuff but mine was a little reddish. I simply aimed a powerhead at it and started rinsing my frozen food before feeding (I know I was supposed to but I didn't cause I'm lazy), and poof the algea went away.

    Rinse the frozen food, why?
    In tap water?
    I currently just mix it with tank water to defrost it.
