Sure there are. I'll give that a try.

The black leopard is a really cool fish btw. I don't have any experience with one so i can't really help though.

    Good luck with your decision.

Steve, have you ever seeded that type of pods in your tank?
Amphipods really took a major toll on my smaller pods... same type you have there. I don't know exactly what the name is for those but they look just like the ones I had all over before the amphipods took over. They're small sized, 2 mils maybe and have a antennae in a "V" form, sometimes they have a little white thing on them, but it comes and goes.. looks like a particle of dust to be honest. I haven't seen many lately in my sump or DT, but my amphipods turned into monster pods, some of them as big as 1 cm long. They freak me out!

thank you, its crunch time on Saturday, they have 3 still in the shop
if I take my Cyclopeze with me, and one feeds on that or on something the LFS puts in - then 1 is coming home with me

never seeded Magnus, tank was set up and left with only rock and sand for 8 weeks prior to 1st introduction, so I can only think that these pods where present in the rock and have multiplied quickly with no predators for those initial 8 weeks

Great idea Steve. My leopard wrasse Loves Loves loves! Cyclops. I was able to mix that with some broken up flake food and eventually it eats everything now.

not the best images - Wrasse, especially recent introductions are not keen to stay in 1 place at any given time

out and about, checking the rock work already

so now I have the 2 wrasse in my 5ft tank

The yellow, eats Reef Nutrition pellets, cyclopeze, and frozen, so Im going to keep this one chubby ( whilst testing Nitrates and Phosphates weekly ) so he wont compete for the pods I have

Nice looking wrasses Steve, good luck on keeping the Yellow from picking off pods, mine is all over the place picking away. It is fat and happy.
