Black or White Frag Rack??????

I have heard that white frag racks attract more algae than black? Is this true because i am starting a frag tank and don't know if i should get a black one or a white one?? What do you guys think??

 

It depends on the formulation of the plastic. It appears that there is less silicates in the black frag rack.

 

Actually according to a finding, black color attract more algea than white.

 

Black looks better IMO.

 

I have seen white egg crate,and black eggcrate..I dont know if there is a difference but i like black...I think it looks better.

 

Just get which one you prefer, and if it brings algae, get rid of it with a weekly water change

 

Can anyone please give me a link to a good egg crate online for a frag tank?

 

White is at Home Depot...lighting department.
