Black spots on clown?

    I have noticed some black spots on our clown fish. He seems fine and is eating well but they lookout of place.

    He seems to rub his side on he sand frequently

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    That looks like Hypermelanization, caused by the fish being stung by various corals. It is pretty common and usually resolves over time.

    I am hoping so. He ate a TON tonight, twice what he usually eats.
