I have a yellow goby watchman and I was thinking of getting a Lawnmower Benny. Now are they the types that play well together? I also had my eye on a Diamond Goby because I have heard that they sifted through the substrate like nothing else alive. Any suggestions and or advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

AFAIK, the YWG and Lawnmower Blenny should get along; however, the blenny is a herbivore, so if you don't have sufficient algae growth, it will need to be fed dried algae or seaweed.

The Diamond Goby does, in fact, sift through the sand like nothing else-- actively preying on the critters that make it "live". Once the sandbed infauna is depleted, the goby may starve, as, depending on it's own personality and the type of coinhabitants that are in the same tank, it may not compete well for food.
