What size tank is it in? It may just be getting used to the tank.

I would give it a little more time and see...stress can cause fish not to eat for a bit. It's only been two days....

Remember fish are scared of you and they can see you through the glass. It is best when acclimating new fish to leave the room for at least a few hours if not the whole day.I know the impulse is to want to check on them every second.(been there) but you are not helping.Just leave it be.If it is healthy it will eat. JFYI Blue Tangs are difficult,Need LARGE systems and don't usually acclimate very well to begin with.
