Blue leg hermit without a shell? normal?

hmm not sure, i always seen the hermits work together on the GHA. and have yet to see any fighting. The body is grey, i'll take a pic in a second

i hope it's not dead, i don't have anything that would kill them, unless another hermit

Hermits will eat other hermits. Friends one day, a meal the next.

 

i'm starting to think it's dead, i'll give it a few hours, if it hasn't moved i'll take it out

 

oh no, no dead hermits!... Though probably would make a nice thanksgiving meal for a clownfish ...

 

Something will eat it eventually. I would leave it in there. Good source of protein and calcium for some other critter.

ok if it's dead i'm tempted to give it to the puffer, or i'll just let somebody else eat it

looks like the molt left over, they will most likely hide after they molt for a day or two.
