I currently have Ushio 250 14k DE bulbs, about 6 months old. Very yellow, i cant stand them unless i turn on the actinics.

I've seen the picture of 14k phoenix bulbs and also read many reviews they seem to be great bulbs.

I was not able to find much info(pictures) on the 14k Blue life bulbs, i did find some reviews on marinedepot.

Im looking for a crisper white/w some blue. I dont want my rock to look purple.

What do you guys recommend? I dont have much coral but i have zoanthids, green star polyp, birds nest, green and blue digi.

    Its in a 120G tank.

    Thanks.

I have the phoenix bulbs in my new fixture. But I have not got to use them yet. All the research I did on them says they will look white for the first week during break in then they will turn to more of a blue color.
