i would buy pods from reefs2go.com rather than buying bottles of triggerpods. Ive bought both, got way better bang for my buck with reefs2go.com

My wife insisted, so we now have a pair of mandarins. I keep decapped brine shrimp eggs as part of my food mix. I used it to get both of them eating and fattened up and it works. I now feed a mix that includes decapped brine, ova, cyclopeeze, and pe mysis. The older of the pair has been with us for 18 months now and looks fat.

In tank copepod sources are also helpful supplements.

I agree.... and reefs2go doesnt charge an arm and a leg for shipping pods. My pods were shipped regular priority mail and were alive and kicking when i got them. Lots of larger amphipods too. Ive been adding them to my tank and hob refugium getting ready for a mandarin, and my population is booming. I highly recommend them.

I actually had to take the little guy back, wasn't going to make it. Maybe down the road when my tank is much more established I will add another one.
    Thanks for all the advice!
