Blue/pink spotted watchman goby

I saw some really nice ones and wanted to get one but i wanted to know if these would kill off your sand bed. I read sand sifting gobies like the gold head can deplete a sand bed quickly,then starve. I know the blue spot eats prepared foods but it also sifts. I would like it to stir the sand bed but not kill it. help please.

 

my orange spotted watchman doesnt seem to sift the sand bed that often, at least from what i see. it mostly eats the mysis shrimp i add.
