Blue spotted Jawfish are nice. how much it cost? Local LFS has them for $90. I wanted one but dont think I could handle the amount of substrate they mine through.

Grats! You'll love having a BSJW, mine was my favorite fish by far, until I had one jump out of a 1" hole in the lid on my hospital tank.

Make sure you have a tight lid, they'll jump when the lights come on, if you tap the tank, or if a fish sneaks up behind them. Gotta have the rocks solidly on the bottom too, they burrow a whole lot - like 3 times their body size in a couple hours.

It looks like you have maybe 1/2 inch of sand tops......BSJF really need more than that, like 3+ inches.

+1 they really should have more sand so they can burrow for security at night

Make sure to have a tight fitting lid on the tank as they will jump at some point in time.

+5 on that, mine jumped 2 days ago out of a 1" hole in the HT lid, and I saw him try to jump out of the DT at least once almost every day.
