i dont think she has eaten yet, the chunks of food are still in the tank, i usually try and leave the tank alone for an hour or so after putting food in. but she moves around and a fair bit so hopefully thats a good sign, ill give her another day or two if she hasnt eaten then ill really start to worry

ok sounds good to me. have you tried live food yet? they send out waves that find heartbeats of food for them. that might be the problem. try glass shrimp or fiddler crabs. idk what their exact diet is but you do.

yeah i have a couple if fresh water shrimp ill toss one in and see how that goes, otherwise ill call up some shops in driving distance and see what sort of inverts they have. im in a very isolated area, so its a 60 mile hike to a fish shop and they are lucky to have more then 6 fish and other then that its atleast 240 miles to anything decent so what i have with me is about all i can roll with, i have frozen shrimp, cuttlefish, mussels and squid. and live freshwater shrimp and crayfish

ah i see. so you need it to be on frozen foods asap then. try and mix up the live and dead feeder shrimp, then after a few days, if its eating, mix in some krill. make sure you use selcon and garlic extreme is possible. good luck.

Hello, nice fish you got there. From my experience fishing for sting rays, I come to find out that these fishes in the wild are nocturnal eaters. I've had some success catching them in the day time, but very unlikely. I think it really depend if the fish was wild caught or tank raised. Since that blue spotted ray would most likely be wild caught, i would definitely try night feeding.

    - good luck
