I would like to set up a 75 gallon tank with a 10 lb piece with live rock. I want to also use a biowheel filter. The whole bottom will be powder sand. I would like to have 2 rays and possibly a puffer. Should this work and should i change anything?????????

1 ray in a 75G is pushin it IMO let alone 2...and i dont think a biowheel filter is gonna be enough filtration to give the water quality your gonna need...i would go with a sump if it were me...

if your gonna do this only do one puffer or one ray not both. i dont know the tank requirements of rays but they do get faily large. try and get it as small as possible.

Yes 75G is way to small for a ray. I don't care what the LFS says Min tank size for 1 is 300G and I think that's a bit small

You know Max size is 28 inches

the stingray needs a large sand area. something like a custom shallow style tank. if its a normal 75g tall tank then i would have to say its going to be impossible.
