It was doing fine for about a month. I brushed my rocks and stirred up some stuff a few days ago. It fell off the rock and I put it back as careful as I could but I did touch it a bit and felt some slime.
Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do?
I also switched my MH 10k back to the 14k much bluer... could this be effecting it too? Maybe its to low in the tank? Its a 90 gallon with dual 175 MH coralvue running. One piece is on the substrate and the other is about 4-5" off the bottom on a rock.

    Pic on the way.
    Its sort of 'deflated' looking.

I wouldn't worry about the slime, it's a normal self defense thing.

How about the deflated look? It reminds me of an anemone when they are dying.
