Blue tang has holes in his head?

Is my tang sink? I just noticed that he has little holes in his head.

 

are veggies a regular part of his diet?

 

Please post all of your parameters. Are you feeding the tang lots of vegetable matter?

 

this is HLLE... you can treat it by:
1. making sure it has lots of nori
2. add garlic to food
3. put pure vitamin C in your water... how big is your tank?

 

Yes he eats veggies regularly, flake food, shrimp and silver sliders.
Parameters and normal, 65g tank. Dip his veggies into minced garlic ? Pure vitamin C, where do I get that and what dosage ?

 

you can put in at least 2000mg of pure vitamin C (from the pills at walmart) TWICE a day and it should heal up in a month or two
